Today, I want to share this super cute and easy DIY project that I just finished making – a charming pony crafted from a simple paper roll. It is such a perfect way to repurpose household waste and create something fun with your kids or just enjoy a relaxing crafting session by yourself.
Materials You Will Need
- One empty paper roll
- Brown, pink and white construction paper
- Googly eyes
- Glue stick
- Scissors
Step-by-Step Making Process
- First, cover the paper roll with brown construction paper, this will be the pony’s body.
- Cut out four long strips of brown paper as the pony’s legs and stick them to the bottom of the roll.
- For the pony’s head, cut out a horse head shape from brown paper, add a pair of googly eyes, draw on some pink blush and stick it to one end of the roll.
- Cut out some pink paper fringes for the mane and tail, glue them to the head and the back of the body.
- Finally, add some white paper dots as spots to make the pony look more lovely.
